Install a Flygt SCADA System for seven sewer pump stations in Fonana.
Recommended Vendor: Xylem Water Solutions

Xylem Water Solutions is the exclusive supplier of Flygt Pumps, SCADA System, parts, and service for the Municipal market in the state of California.
Have other providers of the product or service been contacted (please provide detailed information)? Use additional sheet if necessary.
Xylem Water Solutions is the sole distributor of Flygt SCADA Systems for the Flygt Pumps that the City of Fontana currently uses.
How does recommended vendor's prices or fees compare to the general market? Use additional sheet if necessary.
Their prices are comparable with other manufactures of SCADA type of systems. The City of Fontana currently is using Flygt pumps at our sewer lift stations and it's critical to keep with the standardization that is currently being If recommended vendor could not provide the product or service, how would the agency accomplish this particular task? Use additional sheet if necessary.
If we had to use another vendor the system would not be standardized with our current pumps, which are Flygt. It would also make it more difficult to service the system as needed. Xylem is in Mira Loma, which is convenient for service of the system.
