RESOLUTION NO. 2022 -
A RE SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FONTANA
RATIFYING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE
CITY OF FONTANA AND THE TEAMSTERS LOCAL 1932, CITY HALL UNIT
AND APPROVING THE UPDATED CORRESPONDING SALARY TABLE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fontana h as adopt ed Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) which incorporate the terms , working conditions, and com pensation leve ls for the City ’s re presented bargain ing groups; and
WHEREAS, a MOU has expired, and the City and this labor group have agreed on new terms outlined in the new MOU.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fontana, to r atify the Memorandum of Understanding betwee n the City of Fontana and the Teamsters Local 1932, City Hall Unit and approve the updated corresponding salary table.
EFFECTIVE DATE: July 1, 2021
