RESOLUTION NO. 2022 -
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FONTANA
ADOPTING THE UPDATED SALARY TABLES FOR THE MANAGEMENT
CONFIDENTIAL GROUP AND THE FONTANA POLICE BENEFIT
ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fontana has adopted Personnel Rules and Regulations which incorporate the City’s Classification and Compensation Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Classification and Compensation Plan is not a static plan and requires revision to reflect organizational changes and needs; and
WHEREAS, the City has created side letter agreements which will serve as addendums to the current Confirmation of Understanding (COU) and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), which update the terms and compensation levels for these groups.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fontana, to adopt the updated salary tables for the Management Confidential Group and the Fontana Police Benefit Association.
EFFECTIVE DATE: March 26, 2022
