RESOLUTION NO. 2022-031
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FONTANA
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A MASTER
AGREEMENT WITH THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION (CALTRANS).
WHEREAS, the City of Fontana is eligible to receive Federal and /or State funding for certain transportation projects through Caltrans; and WHEREAS, Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements and /or Fund Trans fer Agreements need to be executed with Caltrans before such funds could be claimed; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fontana wishes to delegate authorization to execute these agreements and any amendments to the City Man ager or assignee; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Counci l of the City of Fontana hereby adopts Master Agreement No. 08-5307S21.
