Arctic Wolf’s Managed Detection and Response service is delivered by named Concierge Security Team (CST) that is comprised of a Security Engineer and Analyst supporting the City of Fontana. This team is backed by our 24x7 Triage team (300+ security engineers/analysts today and growing) providing around the clock coverage. This service includes:
24x7 monitoring of the City’s entire attack service – network, endpoint and cloud Unlimited log ingestion and support for the City’s tech stack Performing full alert triage and threat hunting to reduce false positives and provide actionable security outcomes Manage all investigations and rapidly response to contain active threats Provide guided remediation for all incidents and post root cause analysis to help improve on security posture Unlimited and direct access to assigned Concierge Security Team members Security Journey – engagement model tailored to meet the City of Fontana’s needs/requirements Security Posture Reviews –engagements of review existing IT/Security infrastructure to look for areas of improvement and implement industry best practices Reporting – executive, technical and compliance reports that are customized at no additional cost
