RESOLUTION NO. 2022 -
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FONTANA
ADOPTING THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT BENEFITS SCHEDULE FOR
THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM
WHEREAS, each Executive employee has specific terms, working conditions, benefits, and compensation levels that are specifically outlined in each of their individual contracts; and
WHEREAS, Section 20 -31 of Article II of Chapter 20 of the Fontana Municipal Code authorizes t he City Manager or their designee to enter into, or amend, any agreement necessary to implement the benefit provisions of these contracts; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager seeks to ensure that the Executive Management Team’s working conditions, benefits, and compensation levels are up-to-date, consistent, and properly tailored to meet the needs to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fontana, to adopt the Executive Management Benefit s Schedule for the Executive Management Team which will supersede all existing contracts and guide any and all future Executive Management Team employment agreements.
EFFECTIVE DATE: July 2, 2022
