MOBILITY AS A SERVICE ZERO EMISSIONS CAR SHARE PLATFORM COMMUNITYTRANSPORTATION NEEDS ASSESSMENT VOUCHER APPLICATION PROPOSAL THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into on the ________day ofOctober,2022, by and betweenEVGIDE, INC.,hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”and _____________________, hereinafterreferred to as the “Client.” This agreement is related to a proposal by EVGIDE, INC., to enter into a Consultant Agreement with__________________________, to serve a Sub-applicant and provide technical assistance and relatedsupport to submit an application for the Clean Mobility Options Voucher Pilot Program CommunityTransportation Needs Assessment Voucher.
EVGIDE is Mobility As A Service platform for zero emissions vehicle carsharing for utilization bycommunity members at specified properties.
TheproposalwouldincludeanagreementforSub-applicant,EVGIDEoritsdesigneeto conductscopeofwork related to submitting a completed Community Transportation Needs Assessment (CTNA)application for the Client in compliance with the CTNA Voucher Application for the Clean MobilityOption Pilot Program.
The agreement would require the Client or its designee to collaborate with EVGIDE to collecttransportation data, demographic data and plan for on-site meetings to be determined at a future date.
Upon grant award, Sub-applicant would collaborate withClient toconduct the grant scope of workandcomplete the Community Transportation Needs Assessment.
