Additional Scope of Work - Task Order # 1 – ADO Amendment
Scope of Services
Additional Scope of Work:
Service approved by Task Order #1 remain the same. The additional scope of work for ADO property applies to Tasks 1, 2, 11, and 12 as shown below.
Task 1: Project Management and Coordination
• Prepare and coordinate any exhibits, technical information, and communication related to the ADO property. This includes prior work of median modification and related exhibits in December of 2021.
Task 2: Street Improvement Plans
• Revised median layout to allow access to eastbound Airport Drive from ADO property.
• Revise ADO driveway per the approval of City of Ontario on new width and curb return.
Task 3: Drainage – No Change
• No drainage work is anticipated.
Task 4: Structure - No Change
• No structural work is anticipated.
Task 5: Right-of-Way and Utilities – No Change
• No right-of-way takes is anticipated.
Task 6: Traffic Related- Additional Scope of Work – No Change
• No traffic related work is anticipated.
Task 7: Geo-tech Report – No Change
• No geotechnical report is anticipated
Task 8: UPRR Coordination – No Change
• No UPRR coordination is anticipated.
Task 9: Surveying – No Change
• No survey work is anticipated.
Task 10: Update overall Cost and Quantities Estimates – No Change
• Update quantities and cost estimate.
Task 11: Quality Check and Assurance
• Review and check all designs, quantities, and specifications before final submission.
Task 12: Update Project Specifications
• No new specification work is anticipated.
Deliverables
• Revised and update up to 7 plan sheets related to the median and driveway related to ADO property.
• Prepared exhibits and studies related to ADO property requests.
Notes:
Civil Engineer’s task will be limited to review and revision of plans impacted by ADO property area. No major changes will be made that would change the layout or shift the location of the ADO design area.
