2 Remobilization ILB to stand the pole 1 EA 2,842.00 $ 2,842.00 $ Reference is made to International Line Builder's, Inc.'s. Bid Detail for Extra Work dated July 7, 2022:
Per City of Fontana's Streat Improvement Plan, Dwg. No. 5438, Sheet 2 of 5 (Contract Plans), the Agency coordinated with Southern California Edison (SCE) to relocate their existing power poles to a new location. Once the Angecy was ready to install traffic signal poles per City of Fontana's Traffic Signal Plan, Dwg. No. 5439, Sheet 2 of 2 (Contract Plans), the proposed traffic signal pole "G" height and the unforseen height of the relocated utility power lines did not meet the appropriate clearance. The Agency's best solution was to cut and lower the height of the proposed traffic signal pole so that the flat arm luminar can have the best clearance from SCE's power lines. Due to this conlifct, ILB had to remobilize in order to stand the traffic signal pole once it was welded down.

Per City of Fontana's Streat Improvement Plan, Dwg. No. 5438, Sheet 2 of 5 (Contract Plans), the Agency measured and determined that the quantities for these contract bid items increased and decreasesd. Due to unforseen depths, grind and overlay extentions for ac pavement needed during construction, there was a quantity increase in each contract bid item #12, #19 and #20 as descirbed below. On the other hand, for contract bid items #4, #16 and #18, per existing conditions, there was no need to remove the full quanity of fencing as shown on the Contract Plans as well as constructing new fencing.
Zero (209) additional Working Day(s) shall be adjusted by way of this change order as this item (A) did not cause a delay to the controlling operation of the project in accordance with Greenbook Section 6-6.2 "Delays and Extensions of Time, Extensions of Time".
