The Special Meeting of the Fontana City Council was held on Monday, December 12, 2022, in the Grover W. Taylor Council Chambers located at 8353 Sierra Avenue, Fontana, CA 92335.
Mayor Warren called the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m.

ACTION: Motion was passed by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Garcia, to approve termination of Option to Purchase Agreement with NH Southridge LLC for Accessor Parcel Number 0237- 411- 13 and to adopt Resolution No. 2022- 141 and Resolution No. 2022- 142. To request paper copies from City of Fontana
To request delivery from us of paper copies of the notices and disclosures previously provided by us to you electronically, you must sendus an e-mail to [email protected] and in the body of such request you must state your e-mail address, full name, US Postal address, and telephone number. We will bill you for any fees at that time, if any.
To withdraw your consent with City of Fontana
To inform us that you no longer want to receive future notices and disclosures in electronic format you may:
