In compliance with Section 202 of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. A PUBLIC HEARING HAS BEEN SCHEDULED BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FONTANA FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Consideration of Whether to Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Fontana Discontinuing and Abandoning Certain Parkland to Allow for the Conveyance of Park Property in Exchange for Privately Owned Property or Whether to Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Fontana Terminating Proceedings to Discontinue and Abandon Certain Parkland (Gov . Code Section 38440 et seq.)
Environmental Determination: This action does not qualify as a “project” under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as it would not commit the City to any definite course of action and does not constitute approval of any “project” for purposes of CEQA.
