RESOLUTION NO. 2023 -
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FONTANA AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR THIRD PARTY ADMINISTRATOR SERVICES.
WHEREAS, The City of Fontana is self-insured for Workers’ Compensation and the previous Third Party Administrator contract with JT2 Integrated Resources has expired, WHEREAS, the Purchasing Office has opened and received submitted proposals for Third Party Administrator Services for the City’s Workers’ Compensation Program, WHEREAS, The Evaluation Committee has reviewed the proposals and recommended JT2 Integrated Resources be awarded the contract for Third Party Administrator Services for the City’s Workers’ Compensation Program, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fontana has awarded the service contract to JT2 Integrated Resources for Third Party Administrator for the City’s Workers’ Compensation Program.
