Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Jacobs, the use of this quote in a third party proposal or any submission to a third party shall constitute acceptance of the Jacobs Technology Inc., Rapid Solutions Performance Unit Terms & Conditions for Products Sales by all parties, and the Jacobs Technology Inc., Rapid Solutions Performance Unit Terms & Conditions for Products Sales shall thereafter be non- negotiable.

Delivery Schedule:
Items in-stock will be shipped within 15 business days ARO. Out-of-stock items are generally shipped within 60-90 days ARO. Buyer should use 90 days for normal planning purposes. Actual delivery expectation will be confirmed at time of order placement.
All products ship on a first come first serve basis from the time they are available in-stock. Jacobs will not hold orders for future delivery dates. All standard products are delivered with user manuals, with the exception of accessories.
If items) are delayed in delivery due to lags incurred by the receipt of a valid export license or receipt of any necessary certifications or approvals, Jacobs shall not be responsible for any damages resulting therefrom. If an unfavorable export license, certification, or approval is received, Buyer's sole remedy and Jacobs' sole responsibility shall be a refund of any monies paid by Buyer for the affected products.
Warranty Statement:
A one (1) year warranty is included in the quoted price of the product unless otherwise specified above, as detailed in Jacobs Technology Inc., Rapid Solutions Performance Unit Terms & Conditions for Products Sales.
Intellectual Property (IP) - Jacobs:
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein (except for the limited license rights expressly provided Jacobs Technology Inc., Rapid Solutions Performance Unit Terms & Conditions for Products Sales), Jacobs and/or its suppliers will retain all rights, title and interest in and to the Jacobs software products and the intellectual property rights associated with Jacobs hardware products, including, without limitation, all patent rights, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, related goodwill, designs and confidential and proprietary information; and all modifications to, and derivative works based upon, the products and the documentation, whether registered in any part of the Buyer's country or province or not. Buyer (or Customer) shall not claim any right or property therein or register or cause to be registered in any part of the world, any patent, trademark, trade name, copyright or design which is the property of Jacobs or its third party suppliers.
Jacobs retains for itself all intellectual property and production rights in and to all designs, engineering details, and other data pertaining to the Jacobs hardware and Jacobs software products and to all discoveries, inventions, patent rights, and developments arising out of work done in connection with this order and to any and all products resulting therefrom, including the sole right to manufacture any and all such products. To the extent Buyer (or Customer) has or obtains any right, title, or interest in any of the foregoing, Buyer (or Customer) hereby irrevocably assigns to Jacobs any and all such right, title, and interest. Buyer shall not transfer, or permit any third party to transfer, any such rights in and to the Jacobs products to the government, unless otherwise expressly authorized by Jacobs in writing. Intellectual property includes, without limitation, patents, copyrights, trade and service marks, trade names, trade secrets, and semiconductor designs.

Standard Vehicle Integration w/lights and sirens (201570-004) The Standard Vehicle Integration w/lights and sirens is only available for the 2006 - Present Chevrolet Tahoe or Suburban (other-types of vehicles may require a surcharge), 5.3 liter V8, with LT model trim package or above, and second row bucket seats for laptop hardware mounting. For all installations, customer is responsible for vehicle transport to and from Jacobs facility in Severn, Maryland.

• Jacobs will design and install an independent, auxiliary power system for support of Base Station NG to include:
o 270 Amp Dual Alternator • Ammeter and Voltmeters for system power monitoring in cargo area • 2x Marine-grade AGM Battery • Crossover switch and relay to allow vehicle ignition from • •
o Cabling, Fuses & Circuit Breakers supplemental battery o Pure Sine Wave Inverter/Charger • Remote power switches in the front overhead driver area o Rack-mount Power Distribution Bus o Low Voltage Drop Out (LVDO) to prevent battery and equipment • AC Power Strip and Shore power damage
• Installation of wireless broadband router (CradlePoint IBR900 Dual SIM or equivalent) to allow in-vehicle network, wireless and cellular data network connectivity (customer responsible for cellular carrier service). • Jacobs will install a customer purchased Base Station NG system, and associated purchased accessories, to include:
• Dual 19" open equipment racks and shelving to accommodate the Base Station NG system and its subordinate amplifiers.
• GPS antenna installation (USB style feed)
o Low profile roof mount antennas (if purchased as accessories) will be painted to match vehicle color • TRACHEA2+ DF system (if purchased as accessory):
• Installation of the TRACHEA2+ DF system antenna modules • Integration of display into vehicle navigation system serves as a second Windows monitor (when possible) • Choice of front or rear prewired hard mounts for laptop to allow system control in either the front and rear operator position
• Installation and configuration of system controller [Dell Laptop] (if purchased as an accessory) • Each operator position will also have USB drops to allow charging and programming of handheld RF devices • Rear cargo area LED work lights
o Front passenger area will have Ethernet drop for wired connectivity to the vehicle network • Any installations of customer owened equipment may require a surcharge 2 MAY 2022

Any and all documentation or information Jacobs uses or provides in fulfillment of the effort relating to this quote shall be considered Jacobs Proprietary Information and shall remain our exclusive property.

All sales of Jacobs products are FINAL. Jacobs does not accept returns for refund or credit, including any credit towards upgraded technologies.
