Regarding the proposed development, to include an In N Out restaurant, in the area of Citrus Ave. and South Highland Ave. in the City of Fontana, the Police Department has no concerns. Based on the lack of issues with the pre-existing In N Out restaurant in the City of Fontana, police do not anticipate cause for extra patrol or an increase in calls for service. At this time, the Fontana Police Department supports the proposed development.
