Mango Avenue Project

Upon your written authorization (below), David Evans and Associates, Inc. (DEA) will provide the following specified “Additional Services”:
1. Additional Project Management; DEA will provide additional hours for the project management and meetings as requested. The additional work fee is based on an additional twelve (12) work-hours. If the additional work-hours expended approaches said limit, Client shall be notified and mutual agreement shall reached for additional services.
2. Update Traffic Signal Plans; As requested, we will update the traffic signal plan at Highland Avenue and Mango Avenue as a plan change to the approved plan. The plan update is to address the City requested revisions.
Client agrees to compensate Consultant for those services specified in the below Scope of Services, according to the following:
1. Additional Project Management/Meetings $1,500.00
2. Update Traffic Signal Plans $4,100.00 Total $5,600.00
The original Agreement terms are made a part hereof.
