CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL:

The Special City Council meeting was held at the Heritage Neighborhood Center at 7350 W. Liberty Parkway, Fontana, CA, 92336 on Friday, April 21, 2023. Mayor Warren called the meeting to order at 9:02 a.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Mayor Warren, Mayor Pro Tem Garcia, Council Members Cothran, Roberts and Sandoval.
City Clerk Key was also in attendance.
PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS:
A. Public Communications:
There were no public communications received.
WORKSHOP:
A. City Council Workshop: Goal Setting (City Manager Matthew Ballantyne, Deputy City Manager’s Phil Burum and Ray Ebert, to present).
The City’s Vision, Mission Goals and Objectives were discussed.
ADJOURNMENT:

Mayor Warren adjourned the meeting at 3:55 p.m. to the next Regular City Council Meeting on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 , at 7:00 p.m. in the Grover W. Taylor Council Chambers located at 8353 Sierra Avenue, Fontana, California.
