CLOSED SESSION:

The Closed Session meeting of the Fontana City Council was held in the E mergency Operations Center, 17005 Upland Avenue, Fontana, CA 92335, on Monday, October 30, 2023.
Mayor Warren announced that the Closed Session meeting would be held after the Goals Update Workshop.
Mayor Warren called the meeting to order at 4:08 p.m., with all members of the City Council present.

The Special Meeting of the Fontana City Council was held in the E mergency Operations Center, 17005 Upland Avenue, Fontana, CA 92335, on Monday , October 30, 2023. Mayor Warren called the meeting to order at 2:02 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: Mayor Warren, Mayor Pro Tem Garcia, Council Members Roberts, Sandoval and Cothran.
ABSENT: None
City Treasurer Janet Koehler -Brooks w as also in attendance. City Clerk Germaine Key was absent.
INVOCATION/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
A. Invocation/Pledge of Allegiance:
The invocation was given by Council Member Roberts, followed by the pledge of allegiance led by Council Member Sandoval.
PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS:
A. Public Communications:
There were no public communications received.
WORKSHOP:
A. City Council Workshop: Goal Setting (Executive Management Team to present).
The City’s Vision, Mission Goals and Objectives were discussed.
ADJOURNMENT:
A. Adjournment
Mayor Warren adjourned the meeting at 4:08 p.m. to the Closed Session Meeting on Monday, October 30, 2023, immediately following the Workshop in the Emergency Operations Center , 17005 Upland Avenue, Fontana, CA 92335.
