RESOLUTION NO. 2023-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FONTANA
APPROVING THE ANNUAL REPORT ON DEVELOPMENT IMPACT
FEES AND MAKING FINDINGS AS TO UNEXPENDED FUNDS
WHEREAS, California Government Code Sections 66000- 66006 impose requirements for the collection and expenditure of development impact fees; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code Section 66006(b), the City must issue a yearly report relating to the development impact fees it imposes; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Cod e Section 66001(d), at least every five years the City must make certain findings with respect to that portion of each development fee account remaining unexpended; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code Section 66006(b)(2), the report was made available to the public not less than 15 days prior to the public meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fontana, as follows:
Section 1. The City Council approves the attached Annual Report of Development Impact Fees for the Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 202 3, and adopts the findings included there.
