Re: Notice of Termination of Solar Power Purchase Agreement for Assessor Parcel Number 0192-031-26-0000.
To whom it may concern,
This letter will serve as the City of Fontana’s (hereinafter “City”) notice to terminate the Solar Power Purchase Agreement (hereinafter “the Agreement”) for the purchase of electric energy at assessor parcel number 0192-031-26-0000. Since the City has ceased to conduct business operations at the aforementioned location, the City is requesting that the Agreement be terminated. Pursuant to section 15 in Exhibit 3 of the Agreement, attached hereto is the City’s termination payment in the amount of $129,512.00 which, in addition to this notice, will conclude and discharge any and all obligations on behalf of the City under the Agreement henceforth.
