Remove all remianing adhesive and sand floor. Install floating LVT plank, 5mm thick.
Install carpet tile in all areas that currently have carpet. Though we belive this is the best product currently available for the application, we cannot warranty against material failure due to existing site conditions.
******Quote pricing does not include performance and payment bonding, and is priced in accordance with pervailing wage rates********Anticipated scheduling of the project as follows- Job will be seperated into 4 phases. Each phase will include 2 days of demo, unspecified dry/dehumdify time, followed by an estimated 4 days of installation time.
