RE: Construction Inspection Amendment Request
Sierra Avenue Widening Project
Dear Mr. Kim:
Webb has exhausted our original proposal of 2,000 hours of full-time inspection which covered the project through October 2023. Per the City’s email dated January 18, 2024, we understand that this project is now anticipated to be substantially complete by the end of February and only part time effort will be required thereafter.
We anticipate an additional 840 inspection hours thru project completion.
Construction Inspector 840 hours @ $145/hour = $121,800.00 Total not to be exceeded without prior authorization from the City of Fontana = $121,800
