Additional 10 hours of Construction Administration Time $ 2,000.00 Punchlist Site Visit $ 2,500.00
Pre-Con Meeting Site Visit $ 2,500.00
Four Additional Site Visits Trips to Fontana (1 per month) $10,000.00
Original Contract Amount: $209,300.00
New Contract Amount including CO#1 $264,880.00

IDG proposes to provide all work as specified in the Scope of Work / Deliverables section of this proposal for a fixed fee of:
