A PUBLIC HEARING HAS BEEN SCHEDULED BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF FONTANA FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Master Case (MCN) No. 22-143, Tentative Par cel Map (TPM 20710) No. 23 -012, Design Review (DRP) No. 22 -064, and Development Agreement (AGR) No. 24-002: Request for consolidation of three (3) parcels into one (1) parcel, development of an approximately 40-acre property with an industrial commerce center building of approximately 881,826 square feet with associated improvements. The applicant has also prepared a development agreement.

This project has been determined to have a potentially significant effect on the environment and a Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) (SCH No. 2009091089) has been prepared pursuant to Sections 15080 and 15097 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
