RESOLUTION NO. 2024 -
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FONTANA,
CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING UPDATED SALARY TABLE S FOR EXECUTIVE AND MANAGEMENT CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fontana has adopted the Personnel Rules and Regulations w hich incorporate the City’s Classification and Compensation Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Classification and Compensation Plan is not a static plan and requires revisions to reflect organizational changes and needs; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager seeks to ensure that compensation levels are up- to-date, consistent, and properly tailored to meet the needs to the City by affording Executives and Management Confidential employees a 3.0% base salary cost of living adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fontana, California, to adopt the updated Executive (Exhibit A) and Management Confidential (Exhibit B) salary tables, effective July 13, 2024.
