RESOLUTION NO. 2024-103
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FONTANA, CALIFORNIA AMENDING ADMINISTRATIVE POLICY SECTION 20-37, GIFT(S) OF TICKETS AND/OR PASSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fontana has adopted Administrative policies which detail the Rules and Regulations under which the City operates; and WHEREAS, the Administrative Policies are periodically updated to reflect organizational needs.
WHEREAS, on March 22, 2011, Administrative Policy Section 20 -37 was adopted to ensure that all tickets and /or passes to attend a facility, event, show, or performance for an entertainment, amusement, recreational, or similar purpose, made available to or for the City, are distributed in furtherance of governmental and /or public purposes as required, under Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) Regulation 18944.1.
WHEREAS, the City desires to update its policy to include the Stage Red Venue and Miller Amphitheater.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Fontana, California does hereby amend Administrative Policy Section 20-37, Gifts(s) of Tickets and/or Passes as attached hereto.
