SUBJECT: RECAP OF BID PW-24-244-SP, VEHICLES – ANNUAL PURCHASES,
SERVICE, AND OEM PARTS CONTRACT
The bid for the above-named project was opened electronically at 2:00 P.M. on July 16, 2024. One hundred fifty -four (154) bidders were notified of the bid. Bid packets were downloaded/received by twenty-six (26) vendors and we received six (6) bid responses.
Nineteen (19) Fontana vendors were notified. One (1) Fontana vendor response was received. After evaluating the vendor responses, the Purchasing Office is recommending Bakersfield Dodge, Clarem ont Toy ota, Crown Toyota, Fontana CDJR, Guaranty Chevrolet Motors Inc., and Victorville Chevrolet Fleet Dept as they are the best value for the City.
