Wages:
Year 1: 4.0% base salary increase, effective February 8, 2025 o (3.0% was applied as of July 13, 2024)
Year 2: 4.0% base salary increase, effective July 12, 2025. Year 3: 3.0% base salary increase, effective July 11, 2026.
One-Time Payment:
$2,000/employee
Classification & Compensation Study
Bring the salary range for each classification to market average, as presented on 12/04/2024 o This represents an average salary range increase of 3.6%, which is outside of the wage proposal listed above.
Holidays
Add one (1) additional floating holiday, valued at the rate of the employee’s normal schedule (10 hrs, 9 hrs, or 8 hrs)
Change the value of Day After Thanksgiving holiday to be the employee’s normal schedule (10 hrs, 9 hrs, or 8 hrs)
ALL floating holidays drop in during the first full pay period following July 1st of each year (for 2024, upon contract ratification)
Leave Accrual Limits
Cap personal leave accruals on a pay period by pay period basis.
