Dear Travis:
This letter shall serve as my Opinion of Value for the two parcels attached herewith. It is my opinion that the value of these two parcels is an aggregate of one thousand dollars ($1,000) based on their size (252 square feet and 111 square feet, respectively), shape (narrow slivers), location (constrained between a future public right-of-way and a significantly larger, to be developed parcel) and total lack of potential for any other use.
