Notes / Terms
Estimate is based on measurements of 13' 10"' x 15' 11"' (220.18 s.f.) with above average complexity: a stained glass mosaic that covers the entire surface. The mosaic would be fabricated in sections on fiberglass mesh in my studio, and transported to the
site (either shipped in crates or I might be able to drive it there.) It would be delivered ready to install by a professional team, with my supervision. The contingency fee is to cover any potential changes, unforeseen costs, licensing fees, admin, insurance, etc. I can provide a certificate of insurance and I am licensed and bonded as a specialty contractor in the State of WA. *The design proposed is still in draft form and would be refined further before fabrication.
