• Pricing includes the California DIR prevailing wage rates in effect at the project advertisement date. If different wage rates are required, additional costs may be incurred.
• Pricing assumes construction water provided on-site by project and/or property owner. • Inspection fees are not included.
• Permit fees are not included.
• Differing site conditions and unforeseen utilities/improvements not identified in the bid documents are not included and may incur additional cost if encountered.
• Pricing assumes uninterrupted and unimpeded access to the work sit e during all working hours. Limited access may incur additional cost. • Working hours to be at least 8.5 consecutive hours per weekday. • Traffic control is included only for the scope of work covered by this proposal. • Traffic control to be per MUTCD standards. Engineered traffic control plans are not included. • Material and compaction testing are not included.
• Dewatering of any kind is not included unless otherwise specified in bid documents. • Field engineering, surveying and staking are not included. • We reserve the right to modify our pricing in response to any design, engineering, specification, or other changes made to the project after issuance of this proposal.
• Handling and/or disposal of hazardous materials is not included. • Anything not included in the bid documents is excluded from this proposal. • Anything not specifically included in this proposal is excluded.
