Thermoplastic Application
• Option 1
o Creative Paving Solutions will install Decorative thermoplastic per the plans and specs. ▪ Creative Paving Solutions will provide material, prepare the surface, and install 5,876 square feet of decorative thermoplastic per the plans and specifications. The product will be Geveko Markings interconnected Thermoplastic.
▪ Creative Paving will provide Traffic Control for our work areas. ▪ Pricing is based on applying 3 days’ worth of work. Any additional days not caused by Creative Paving Solutions will result in a mobilization charge of $5,500 per mobilization. ▪ Pricing does not include stamped traffic control plans and is based on a full closure of our work area during working hours. Phasing will be determined by the city.
Price for Option 1 is: $231,867.88 including applicable sales taxes.
• Option 2
o Creative Paving Solutions will install Decorative thermoplastic & an Epoxy Fortified Acrylic coating for asphalt sealing.
▪ Creative Paving Solutions will provide material, prepare the surface, and install 2,575 square feet of decorative thermoplastic per the plans and specifications. The product will be Geveko Markings interconnected Thermoplastic.
▪ Creative Paving Solutions will provide material, prepare the surface, and install 3,301 square feet of black Vehicular grade Epoxy Fortified Acrylic coating to seal the asphalt areas not covered by thermoplastic. This coating will be black to make up for the black thermoplastic. ▪ Creative Paving will provide Traffic Control for our work areas. ▪ Pricing is based on applying 3 days’ worth of work. Any additional days not caused by Creative Paving Solutions will result in a mobilization charge of $5,500 per mobilization. ▪ Pricing does not include stamped traffic control plans and is based on a full closure of our work area during working hours. Phasing will be determined by the city. ▪ Pricing in Option 2 does not include the black thermoplastic.
Price for Option 2 is: $119,802.64 including applicable sales taxes.
