A request for development of an approximately 18.3-acre property with an industrial commerce center building of approximately 398,514 square feet, consolidation of six (6) parcels (APNS:
industrial commerce center project also includes a screened dock area along the south side of the building, vehicular parking areas, drive aisles, and landscaping.
