Re: Proposal for Traffic Engineering Services – Plan Check Review Dear Mr. Hovanesian:
Iteris, Inc. (Iteris) is pleased to submit this pro posed scope of work and fee to provide the plan che ck review under master Traffic Engineering Service On-Call contract. This task entails the plan check review for traffic control plans, signing and striping plans, street lighting plans a nd traffic signal plans for the city’s ongoing proj ects.
Iteris will access Accela to obtain assigned plan s et is in the queue. We will utilize city created Bl uebeam Studio session for review. Iteris will review and provide the plan check comments directly on Bluebeam session PDF which will maximize the collaborating effort with multiple parties for tracing who made the comments. Iteris will schedule weekly status meeting with city staff to ensure the plan check projects will comply with the city stan dards and regulations.

This proposal is based upon the terms and condition s described in the Master Agreement for Design Serv ice for Traffic and Transportation qualified list dated July 24, 2024 (DE-24-195-SQ). Invoice will be submitted monthly with the special rates shown below, and payment is due i n 30 days.
