UBJECT: RECAP OF BID PW -26-157-SP, VEHICLES – ANNUAL PURCHASES, SERVICES AND OEM PARTS CONTRACT.

he Proposals for the above-named project were opened electronically at 2 :00 P.M. on April 03, 2026. Two Hundred and Four (204) bidders were notified of the bid. Bid packets were downloaded/received by Twenty-five (25) vendors and we received Three (3) bid responses. Four (4) Fontana vendors were notified. Two (2) Fontana vendor responses were received. After evaluating the vendor responses, the Purchasing Division is recommending Fairview Ford Sales , Inc. located in San Bernardino, CA and UP Opco Fontana F Inc. located in Fontana as they are the lowest, most responsive, and responsible bidder.
