A PUBLIC HEARING HAS BEEN SCHEDULED BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FONTANA FOR THE FOLLOWING:
MASTER CASE (MCN) NO. 23-0100R1/ DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (AGR) NO. 23-0085R1 A request for the First Amendment to and Restatement of Development Agreement No. 23-0085, Applicable to the Acacia Property, located north of Santa Ana Avenue east of Oleander Avenue, and west of Cypress Avenue.
Environmental Determination:
Pursuant to Sections 15162 and 15164 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines and Section 8.06 of the City of Fontana’s 2019 Local CEQA Guidelines of the Citrus and Oleander Avenue at Santa Ana Avenue Program Environmental Impact Report (EIR) (State Clearinghouse [SCH] No. 2022110389) has been prepared for this proposed project. The aforementioned EIR was adopted by the City Council on November 15, 2023, and it anticipated the development of a warehouse building and development agreement and also adequately identified any potential impacts associated with this project. No new additional impacts beyond what was anticipated in the EIR mentioned above were identified.
