the CEQA requirements of Infill: (1) The
Project is consistent with the Light
Industrial (I-L) designation of the General
Plan and the West End Specific Plan - BP-
3 zoning district; (2) The Project Site is
less than five (5) acres (3.98 acres); (3) The
Project Site is not within any known
sensitive or threatened habitat area; (4) I
The Project will not have any significant I
effects related to traffic, noise, air quality,
or water quality; and (5) There are I
adequate public services for the I
development of the proposed industrial
project. Further, none of the exceptions in
CEQA Guidelines section 15300.2 apply to J
