I'd like to recommend that gas stations be limited to one or less since gas stations are available at the exits north and south of Duncan Canyon. I'd suggest a charging station for electric vehicles.
Also, please consider that this is an upscale neighborhood and amenities should be consistent with that condition.
It also appears that the graders being used do not have legible EINs as required by the state.
