CITY OF FONTANA HOUSING ELEMENT UPDATE
The following Work Breakdown Schedule provides the relevant staff rates, anticipated hours per staff per task, and total project costs including cost per staff person, task, and subtask. Michael Baker proposes to complete the scope of work according to the cost schedule shown below. We reserve the right to transfer hours between staff and tasks within the total project budget. Written authorization from the City is required prior to any use of budget from unused tasks, or to exceed the total project not-to-exceed cost.
