RESOLUTION OF THE FORT BRAGG MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BOARD ADOPTING BUDGET AMENDMENT 2022-18
AMENDING FY 2021-22 BUDGET
WHEREAS, on June 14, 2021, the Fort Bragg City Council and the Fort Bragg Municipal Improvement District No. 1 District Board adopted the Fiscal Year (FY) 2021-22 Budget; and WHEREAS, the Assistant Finance Director has identified additional expenditure and revenue adjustments to the FY 2021-22 budget as adopted by the City Council on June 14, 2021; and WHEREAS, the adjustments and updates are identified in Exhibit A attached hereto; and WHEREAS, there is sufficient revenue and adequate fund balance to fund the allocations; and WHEREAS, based on all the evidence presented, the City Council/District Board finds as follows:
As shown in Exhibit A, certain adjustments to the FY 2021-22 Budget are necessary.
There are sufficient funds to fund the allocations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Fort Bragg/District Board of the Fort Bragg Municipal Improvement District No. 1 does hereby amend the previously adopted FY 2021-22 Budget to incorporate the changes enumerated in Budget Amendment 2022-18 as shown in Exhibit A.
The above and foregoing Resolution was introduced by Council/Board Member _________, seconded by Council/Board Member _________, and passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Fort Bragg/District Board of the Fort Bragg Municipal Improvement District No. 1 held on the 24th day of January, 2022, by the following vote:
