Cannabis Ordinance Hearing to be Continued
The City Council met on March 28, 2022 and gave direction regarding the cannabis regulations ordinance.
More time is required to process the associated environmental documents and the hearing cannot go forward on April 11 as noticed. Due to the local newspaper's publication schedule, there was not sufficient time for the public hearing notice to be pulled from the legal notices section and thus it was published on March 31. The public hearing on April 11, 2022 will be opened and continued to a future date. Here is a link to the public hearing notice: 04-11-2022 Cannabis Ordinance 979-2022. This notice will be updated when the new hearing date is scheduled.
