Subject: SHN Scope and Fee (Exhibit A)
1. Project
A. By joining in this Agreement, CLIENT retains SHN to provide consulting engineering services for The City of Fort Bragg.
B. CLIENT is aware that no work will begin until both CLIENT and SHN sign this Agreement.
2. Scope of Services
A. By this Agreement, the scope of SHN's services is limited to:
(i) Providing on-call assistance with projects that require consulting engineering services under the direction of a licensed Civil Engineer. The work under this contract will be under the direction of Jason Island, PE 64809.
(ii) Provide on-call assistance with projects that require consulting engineering services under the direct supervision of a licensed Land Surveyor. The work under this contract will be under the direction of Mathew T. Herman, PLS 8335.
Fee
A. SHN will be compensated for these services on a time and expenses basis, not-toexceed, basis. Fees are estimated as twenty thousand dollars ($20,000).
Fees DO NOT include Prevailing Wage Rates.
