The City of Fort Bragg is pleased to submit this Letter of Commitment to participate in the Mendocino Community Climate Collaborative. Our organization is a local government entity for a small, rural, non-entitlement jurisdiction located in Mendocino County. The requested funding would allow the City to conduct an energy audit and to update our 2012 Climate Action Plan.
City staff has collaborated with members of the collaborative in the past and we look forward to building momentum to address the intersecting issues of climate change, equity, climate mitigation and economic development within Mendocino County. This grant has the potential to help move our climate efforts forward and we look forward to working together to successfully transform our collective vision into reality.
In signing this letter, the City of Fort Bragg acknowledges we have read the RCC Guidelines and understand their obligations under the Partnership Agreement and the RCC Grant Program.
