This project was constructed in accordance with the Construction Agreement entitled Speed Radar Signs Replacement Project dated September 13, 2022.
The name of the contractor of the improvement work is Fort Bragg Electric, Inc., a California Corporation, P.O. Box 1578, Fort Bragg, California 95437. The contract was awarded to this firm on September 12, 2022, pursuant to Resolution 4587-2022 by the Fort Bragg City Council.
The address of the owner is City of Fort Bragg, 416 North Franklin Street, Fort Bragg, California 95437.
On February 13, 2023, Chantell O’Neal, Assistant Director, Engineering, executed a Certificate of Completion for the above-referenced project indicating that this project was completed as of that date. See Certificate of Completion attached hereto as Exhibit A.
