RESOLUTION NO. ___-2023
RESOLUTION OF THE FORT BRAGG CITY COUNCIL APPROVING
THE FISCAL YEAR 2023/24 CITY OF FORT BRAGG BUDGET
WHEREAS, on May 19, 2023, the City Manager submitted to the City Council the City of Fort Bragg's Proposed Budget for FY 2023/24; and WHEREAS, on May 24, 2023, the City Council conducted a Budget workshop; and WHEREAS, at the workshop, the Council provided direction to staff for further revisions to the proposed Budget; and WHEREAS, based on all the evidence presented, the City Council finds as follows:
The Budget, as presented, adequately establishes a financial plan for carrying out the operations of government in the following fiscal year; and The budget, as presented, establishes sufficient reserves for FY 2023/24.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Fort Bragg does hereby adopt the final FY 2023/24 Budget as submitted; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of the FY 2023/24 Budget will be on file in the offices of the City Clerk and City Finance Director/Treasurer, and shall be considered a part of this Resolution.
The above and foregoing Resolution was introduced by Councilmember _________ seconded by Councilmember ___________, and passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Fort Bragg held on the 26th day of June 2023, by the following vote:
