MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
Chair Norvell called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.

1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1A. 22-659 Approve Minutes of the September 27, 2022 Community Development Committee
A motion was made by Committee Member Norvell, seconded by Committee Member Godeke, that the Committee Minutes be approved for Council review.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 2 - Committee Member Norvell and Committee Member Godeke
2. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS
Public Comments were received from Anne Maureen McKeating and Allison Westerfeld.
3. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS
3A. 23-017 Receive Oral Update on Central Business District Revitalization Efforts Assistant Planner Peters, Chief Cervenka, and Assistant Engineer Huerta presented the prepared report and responded to members' questions related to City Police Officers' walking patrol in the Central Business District.

Discussion: None.
4. MATTERS FROM COMMITTEE / STAFF
Chair Norvell stated that the next Community Development Committee Meeting will be held in person at Town Hall as well as via video conference. Chair Norvell stated that Vice Mayor Godeke will be Chair of the Community Development Committee going forward.
