Mayor Norvell called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM.

Mayor Norvell recessed the meeting at 4:03 PM; the meeting reconvened to Closed Session at 4:04 PM.
2A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL-- Existing Litigation Pursuant to Paragraph (1) of Subdivision (d) of Gov. Code Section 54956.9 City of Fort Bragg v. Mendocino Railroad
2B. Conference with Legal Counsel--Anticipated Litigation Initiation of Litigation Pursuant to Paragraph (4) of Subdivision (d) of Government Code Section 54956.9: (one case)
2C. PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT--Gov't Code Section 54957 (b). Title: City Clerk 2D. PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT--Gov't Code Section 54957 (b). Title: City Manager Mayor Norvell reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 6:05PM. and reported that no reportable action was taken on the Closed Session items.
