MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
Chair Godeke called the meeting to order at 4:00 P.M.

1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A motion was made by Committee Member Godeke, seconded by Committee Member Norvell, that the Minutes of the September 7, 2023 Community Development Committee be approved without amendment. The motion carried by the following vote:

3A. 23-341 Receive Oral Update on Central Business District Revitalization Efforts Assistant Planner Peters presented.

3B. 23-396 Discussion About an Assessment of City Trees and Potential Resources and Strategies to Increase Tree Quantities
Chair Godeke updated the Committee on a grant that was awarded to Conservation Works which in part, will go towards planting trees in various locations in the City of Fort Bragg during 2024.
Public Comment: Jay McMartin-Rosenquist

Discussion: Staff and the Committee discussed adding a housing workshop to the Committee's January agenda.
4. MATTERS FROM COMMITTEE / STAFF
The Committee and Staff agreed to cancel the regularly scheduled meeting on December 26, 2023.
