SIDE LETTER OF AGREEMENT
Between the City of Fort Bragg
And
The Fort Bragg Employees Organization, SEIU Local 1021
Part-time employees in classifications listed in Article 1.2 of the MOU who do not work for the City on a temporary or seasonal basis and who work more than twenty-one (21) hours per week on average shall be entitled to the same benefits enjoyed by regular full-time employees based upon a proration of average hours worked. _______________________ ________________________
