Now that we all have 100% assurance of Mr. Netanyahu's intention to "move"and kill Palestinians who have fled to Rafah with his "There is no solution other than total victory" last week it is critical to negotiate a cease fire and hostage/prisoner exchange now in order fully comply with both the Leahy Law (See Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, Sect. 620M. No assistance shall be furnished … to any unit of the security forces of a foreign country if the Secretary of State has credible information that such unit has committed a gross violation of human rights) and the ICJ's ruling to prevent genocide in Gaza. This means suspending all weapon transfers and military funding to the IDF. Our nation's unconditional "aid for self defense" is criminal after 4 months of begging Mr. Netanyahu to stop "going over the top" with the slaughter of already 30,000 Palestinian people more then 3/4 woman and children.
Please support the cease fire resolution, which supports negotiations rather then the IDF's (Israel Defense Forces) "Collective Punishment" for Hamas' Oct. 7th massacre.
