MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
Chair Rafanan called the meeting to order at 4:05 PM

1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1A. Approve Minutes of February 14, 2024
Minutes were approved for Council review.
2. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS
Public comment was made by Jay Rosenquist.
3. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS
3A. Receive Reportable Items Report: Includes Treasury Report, Approved Intradepartmental Budget Transfers, Contracts Under $25k Approved by the City Manager, Contract Change Orders Not Exceeding 10% of Contract, and Disbursements Listing
The Committee reviewed the reports prepared by the Finance Department staff for this item. The reports were presented by City Manager, Isaac Whippy.
Public Comment: Jacob Patterson and Jay Rosenquist.
Discussion: The Committee and staff discussed various items including the Youth Opiod Grant associated with Project Right Now, which ends in June, 2024. Chairperson Rafanan questioned some of the diesel service costs and recommended the City of Fort Bragg consider investing in its own code reader.
